Elements of Massage & Spa is a business that offers massage therapy, ear candling, foot detox, infrared sauna, reiki, and more.   All of our massages include hot stones, chinese cupping, heated bamboo, and other tools that feel amazing.  We offere 30, 60, and 90 minute massages and 30 or 60 minute reiki sessions.  Our infrared sauna is great for weight loss, detox, muscle relaxation, help lower blood pressure, help lower blood colesterol, and more.  Ear candling is great if you battle sinuses, allergies, or have ear infections.  Reiki is great for helping to ballance out the bodies energy and to focus on balancing out the mind, body, and spirit.
