It will need some wiring work. It is electric start. I can get the motor to turn over and run on starting fluid by jumping the bad battery . I put in new fuel lines, fuel filter. The fuel pump is working. The carb has fuel coming out the overflow. The front and passenger rear tires are good and hold air. The drivers rear will go down. Plastics are rough. The seat is good, no tears. Transmission is a 5 speed and shifts to all gears. Both front and rear brake work. Throttle cable is free. Located in Franklin, Nebraska.
