Yes it is! A 1999 Schwinn Homegrown Elite bicycle in bass boat green. 26" tires with a 17" frame. This is a beatiful survivor of the early days of mountain bikes and of Schwinns final American built unts. The original finish is in great condition with only minor scratches to the paint on one side of the frame body(no dents or structural damage). A Hollowtech crankset has been installed and the brake system upgraded to Avid mechanical discs. 26" Panaracer Fire and Ice tires are in decent condition.  The wheels are Mavic 721s. The running gear consists of high end Deore LX parts. This bike is a feather weight and rides as great as it looks. It has been stored for several years in a dusty enviornment and needs a good cleaning. Shown with a Titec saddle but I do have the correct Fizek Nisene saddle for it.

You know how rare these are...just check the prices for a 'frame only' Homegrown on Ebay. Hate to part with it but my mountain bike riding days are coming to a close. I believe these later Homegrowns were assembled by Control Tech rather than Yeti. An absolutely beautiful and functional bicycle.
