Successful candidates must have a valid DL and be willing to travel during the work week.  Our home office is located in Hays, KS but you do not have to reside in Hays to be an employee. Pay is based upon experience and credentials. Duties

Uses trade tools and other equipment as required
Ensure all work is performed and completed as specified by drawings, specifications and applicable codes
Be highly motivated to be the best in the industry
Must have excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work with others

Must be able to lift a minimum of 100 pounds on a regular basis
Must have an understanding of math.
Understanding of trade codes, formulas and industry standards
Must have excellent communication skills
Provide own transportation to and from work site
Ability to work with others
