 This is a constant people person job.  The keys to success in this position are the following personal characteristics; great organizational skills and follow through, high energy level, self-starter, ability to be creative with the resources you find to improve programs and services, ability to efficiently use basic Microsoft Office programs and the internet, and most importantly to be able to put the residents at Lincoln Park Manor’s interests into an organized day of events.  Other aspects of this position include working with other departments to carry out the activity program and being part of an interdisciplinary team for resident care planning.
