Looking to sell my 2005 Jayco Jay Flight 27ft Bunk House.  I'll also possibly entertain a partial trade for a nice jet ski. 

Camper comes with sway control, weight distribution hitch, electric hitch jack and regular queen size mattress that we replaced instead of keeping the thin factory mattress. New tires were installed last summer and have always been covered when not being pulled. Six crank down stabilizer jacks to keep the Kansas wind from shaking you around.

Camper has surround sound DVD player/stereo, central and ducted A/C. All interior and exterior lights are LED'S. Was missing one of the benches for the table when we bought it, but it gives the camper a larger, more open feel. Awning has a small tear at the front. Electric/propane water heater with electric ignitor. New black water tank valve installed last fall. Title in hand!
