We are building a new home this spring on our current property. Our current home will be available to be moved to a new location around Sept 1, 2018. We bought our current home 11 years ago and have made several updates. This is a very solid home that is on a 3 foot crawlspace. 30 x 60, not high peak, so easy to move and place on slab or on basement. Estimated moving costs will be 14K to 17K. This is NOT a mobile home, but a stick built home that was originally constructed in 1974. All kitchen appliances are included (refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher). Composite material deck is also included.
