PRICE REDUCTION 

For Sale - The ONLY restaurant in Gove, KS. We will be closing our doors May 31st and would like to sell the cafe beforehand so there is no closure time. Price includes inventory and all fixtures. The closer to closing date, the smaller the inventory and we may purge some fixtures as well. So if you are interested, now is the best time to speak up. We hate to see Gove go without a restaurant, but it is time for us to focus on family. Price is negotiable and there is some options for low interest financing through grants. The staff we have right now is very knowledgable and hard working and would love to stay with the business. The closer we get to closing date, less options will be available. 

Fixtures include: Large flat top with 2 commercial ovens and stove top attached, hood vent fan, 1 fryer, upright freezer (2years old), a couple chest freezers, double door cooler, ice machine(3years old), 12top single door cold prep table (2years old), brand new hot water heater, 3 section sink, refrigerator, cash register, tables/chairs/booths. 

We do not want to see this business close in town.
