Christmas City of the High Plains Quilt
The Christmas City of the High Plains has come alive every year since 1950 in WaKeeney, Kansas. That tradition has been honored in a quilt created by members of the TCHS class of 1968. Each contributed squares and French braid strips to surround the center Christmas tree panel. The 95” x 105” queen-sized quilt is machine washable. Retail value estimated at $600. Quail Hunt
One day quail hunt for two in Ellsworth and McPherson counties. The hunt is on grassland in Ellsworth County next to Kanopolis Lake and in McPherson county. A noon meal will be furnished at the Marquette Cafe. Bring your dogs or we’ll use mine. Accommodations on your own. Expires January 31, 2019. Estimated value $300. Donated by Baron Shively.
Best of Chicago Basket
Chicago gift basket featuring Fannie May Candy in Decorative Chicago Skyline Tins; Garrett Popcorn in Decorative Wrigley Field Tin; and Chicago Cubs World Series Champions 2016 Mugs. Estimated value is $150. Donated by Jill Deines.
Artisan Package
The Artisan Package consists of a hand-painted snowman window donated by Deloris Dietz Pittenger; an original oil over acrylic painting framed in barn wood and titled "The Old Mail Box" donated by Linda Wynn Hafliger; a handmade knit scarf donated by Dee Shively; and a $100 gas gift card donated by Marguriet Struss McFarling and Germaine Bollig Taggart. Estimated value: $550.

The prize desired MUST be designated on each raffle ticket along with the individual’s name, email, and phone number.
The winners of items for each of the five drawings will be announced at 4:00 pm on Saturday evening, July 28. Winners may pick up their items at that time. However, you need not be present to win.
Raffle tickets and check for fees may be dropped off at The Western Kansas World Office or Lyons Federal Bank in WaKeeney, KS OR you may mail the tickets and fees to Germaine Taggart, 2302 Donald Dr., Hays, KS 67601.
