Gove County Medical Center in Quinter, Kansas is searching for a Director of Nursing for our progressive 21-Bed Critical Access Hospital with inpatient, outpatient, swing bed, and OB services.  The Director of Nursing must demonstrate strong leadership skills and be able to motivate, lead, develop and support staff members in a positive manner.  This person must be a forward thinker and be able to work with all ages.  The DON will ensure that we are compliant with state and federal regulations and prefer Critical Access Hospital experience.

The successful candidate must have a State of Kansas RN license in good standing. Prefer the applicant to have 5 years of experience as a nurse, 3-5 years of management experience, as well as experience in OB.
