Duties include setting appointments, billing- both insurance company and customer, filing, collection of accounts. Computer knowledge is a must. Training with computer programs will be provided, but you must be able to navigate around a computer quickly. Applicant should possess good phone mannerism but yet be able to stick to the collection task and not get pushed around. Attention to detail and organization is key as well.
