Job Responsibilities:

The HR Specialist is responsible for providing human resource support and guidance for employees. This position is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day employee operations such as recruiting, time and attendance, payroll processing, benefits communication, and administrative support to senior management.

Requirements:

A successful candidate is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.  The applicant must have excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, handle confidential information in a professional manner, and support the Guiding Principles of Cross.  

Desired Qualifications:

·   High school diploma, GED, or equivalent related experience preferred

·    Minimum of five years of experience in a related field

·    Strong knowledge of employment law and employee relations is a plus
