Sixteen housing units (8 duplexes) built 18 years ago and are very well maintained.  Located in the northwest part of Norton, Kansas in a new development area.  These are 2 and 3 bedroom units.  These duplexes do fall under the housing tax credit program, but we have never had a problem keeping them rented.  Average gross rent over the past 5 years has been $65,000.  Rents could be increased some, adding another $4,000 to the gross income per year.  This would make a good investment property.
