ISO OF 2 PEOPLE TO TAKE OVER OUR LEASES! boy or girl!

My roommate and I need to move out of our house and need our leases covered ASAP! The lease is until June 1st of next year! You can pick your room bc we have multiple empty rooms! it’s a great house and it’s so convenient to downtown and campus! It has three bedrooms, and a bathroom upstairs. and then 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. it also comes with a working washer but the dryer currently does not work very well! will need to bring furniture bc my roommate and I own most of the furniture in the house now. There will still be 2 guys and one girl living there when we move out! rent is $210 each plus bills! which will be approximately $300 a month all together with bills! message me if interested😊
