100 acres for sale just south of Coats.  55 acres of farm ground the rest is meadow (no fence) and run-off pond.  Farm ground currently planted to cotton.  Pond is full now with all the rain, but normally doesn’t hold water.  Excellent deer and predator hunting....see pics.  Hard to find smaller parcel in Barber County that doesn’t cost an arm and a leg.  Asking $2000/acre but willing to listen to offers.  Purchased in June 2016, then shortly after moved to Hays for work and now it’s just too far away.  Homestead and 20 acres is not mine....
