Looking for a responsible person to rent out a room in my 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment at Stonepost. Will be living with a female and a dog. Pets allowed as long as it would get along with another dog and is approved by my roommate and myself. Rent $313 plus electricity which is averaging $60. Water and trash are paid.
