General Description:  500 acres +/- of quality cropland, native grass pasture and mineral rights Harper County, Kansas.  These (4 farms) offer predominately class II soil types and are a mixture of cultivation and native grass pasture.  The farms are accessed by good county roads or highway access.  There is partial fencing on some of the farms, however it will need updating.  This is a wonderful opportunity to purchase farms which have been in the same family for many years. FARM 1:

Driving Directions:  go 3 miles west of Anthony, KS on highway K-2, then south 2 ½ miles south on 30 NW Ave to the northwest corner of the farm.  Watch for Auction Signs

Description: 240 acres +/- consisting of native pasture along a west portion of the farm and cultivated acres on the balance of the land. Beaver Creek is located in the southwest corner and the farm is accessed by good county roads.

FSA Info: According to the Harper County FSA office the farm is in (2) FSA units with the SW/4 having 101.93 DCP cropland acres and a 100.5 acre wheat base w/ 34 bushel yield.  The N/2 SE/4 has 74.23 DCP cropland acres and a 72.7 acre wheat base w/ 34 bushel yield.  

Legal Description: The SW/4 and N/2 SE/4 of Section 4-34S-7W 6th P.M., less railroad right of way, in Harper County, Kansas.

Driving Directions:  go 2 miles north of Anthony, KS on highway K-2, then west on NW 20 Road to the Y, then turn north on E. Lake Road. The property begins on the right side of the road in approximately ¼ mile. Watch for Auction Signs

Description: 28 acres +/- consisting primarily of cultivated land.  There is a small grove of trees in the NE portion of the farm.  The property is located directly across from “Anthony Lake” and offers both excellent cultivation and a potential for future development.  The farm lays level and the location would make a good investment prospect.   

FSA Info: According to the Harper County FSA office there are 26.19 DCP cropland acres and a 20 acre wheat base w/ 34 bushel yield.
