$2980 is the price and I am firm on this since this camper sell for around $5,000 right now and since the NADA books in at $4,680 as shown in my photos so this is a great buy.

It is in good shape and I picked it up from a lady in Salina who used it with her grandkids at her farm, but she sold the farm so she didn't need it anymore.  The AC, heater, refrigerator, gas stove top and electric stove top and oven all work great.  She did not use the water system so I will have to see if the water heater works since it has not been used since she purchased it from someone else in the area.

Previous owner put in new brown tile floors and inside in great condition and it is really roomy in the living room so it feels like a camper with a pull out since there is so much space.

Outside will need to be resealed around the windows a little bit with just some good sealant, but roof has a good rubber coating on it so that looks to be fine.

One side has some laminate coming off which is normal for campers after 10 years or so that have the laminate siding compared to the aluminum.  To repair this you can or I can get some resin glue which is fast drying and will reseal the wood to the laminate.  It is just injected in the side and seals within 24 hours.  I can do this, but I would charge you so I hold off on this until the buyer can make that decision.

Tires are decent and have not checked the battery since she used electric power from an outlet all the time.  Two propane tanks which are stored in front end that is covered.

I will include a $115 can of rubber roof coating for free in case you want to put this on now or in a few years.  This is the best coating for rubber roofs and you will need one more can if you do this which can be purchased on Amazon.   It is not too difficult to do this and I can do it for you, but I would charge you of course.

I have a $315 brand new in the box and it is the top of the line cover for this camper.  You can have this also for an additional $100 otherwise I will sell it on Ebay or craiglist.

I have the best sealant and corner end cap products from Dicor if you want to seal up the corner end caps soon in the next few years or do it right away.  I can sell that too you at a discount or I will keep it and sell it on Ebay soon.  I used this product for the previous campers I sold and found it easier to sell the camper at a lower price rather than doing all kinds of work to them that takes the price up higher.

Again, great big camper that is light and roomy and at a great price and have a clean title for you.  Should sell fast since it is large, roomy, yet lighter than most all this size...so come check it out.
