Looking for an active, fit, semi-retired or younger retired person to care for my home-yard May to December. Would prefer someone who is clean, organized and particular in the way they do things. Also someone willing to be in it for the longhaul during these months every year.

Must enjoy and have knowledge of caring for plants, pond and fish, inside aquarium and lawn. Job involves some cleaning, weeding and general maintenance. This also would include mowing weekly with JD riding mower and edging. (mower and all tools provided along with fuel). 

Must be available short amounts of time daily to feed fish and gather mail. Some extra time weekly to mow, edge, water plants, weed and trim bushes if needed, and tend to pond and aquarium. Time spend would be about 5 to 6 hours a week and is paid monthly along with fuel for mower and supplies.

Must live in or outskirts of Hays, be reliable and have reliable transportation.
