—Purchased from Ashley Furniture Look 6 years ago. 

—Both have power recline

—Overall good conditioner but does have some wear: a couple spots that have rubbed off (see pics) on the oversized recliner and a couple small tears (less than a 1/2”) on the sofa

—Sofa: 96” long x 42” deep x 37.5” tall

—Oversized Recliner: 56.5” long x 42” deep x 37.5” tall
