$5480 is my price and I am firm on this due to the slide out, special divided layout, two doors (safer for fires, privacy, etc.), good tires, battery, two 30lb propane tanks, new rubber roof ($800 value) and eternabond roof tape on the outer edges of roof for double protection for years down the road. 

The large couch for the sofa is longer than most and a 6'4 person could sleep on this it is so long and when it is laid down two kids could easily sleep on this.
The same is for the dining table...it is about 5 inches longer than most to allow a taller person or child to sleep on it much better.

The last time we had really nice weather I painted the steps, frame, etc., and put some expensive Eternabond around entire outer rooftop and put some excellent new rubber roof coating so the roof will be sealed for you for the next 5-7 years or more without any water trouble damaging your investment.

Price for all this work at a RV shop would cost for putting on the Eternabond and new rubber roof coating alone would be $800 or more with material and labor and of course they would add tax;) and I didn't include the cost of painting the frame in the $800 worth up roof coating.

I will update pictures of the new black paint on the frame once the snow melts;) since it is nasty out right now and the snow hasn't melted yet.

Skyline is the same manufacturer of Nomad which makes the identical 2500 model

4880 pounds and 27 feet long

AC, Stove, Oven, Microwave, Heater, Propane/Electric Refrigerator, Water Heater all work fine.

This camper does have front hitch that a motorcycle, moped or bike could go be mounted also as show in the pictures located by the propane tanks

Tires have 50% tread left or more so good and cushions are all clean and in good shape with no smoker owners from the two previous owners.

BEST layout in my opinion you will find due to 
1. large sofa (slide out) sits directly in front of dining table so you can talk with anyone and also watch a movie or TV together while most campers have couch on same side of dining table which is not nearly as nice to socialize in terms of the layout.
2. Bathroom is in middle of camper so kids or company sleeping in front of camper won't bother each other in the middle of the night since most all campers have bathroom on one end so one party sleeping with get woken up.
3. Two doors on this camper make a really nice addition to not bother one another compared to one door campers where you wake up others when you go outside.

Skyline is like a Jayco since they make these campers with a thicker floor and material and cabinets so they weigh more, but are built solid and will last for a long time. Like a Jayco, these campers sell for more than the NADA prices them out. 

THIS IS WHY YOU WILL SEE DEALER'S SELLING THESE FOR A LOT MORE, BUT I PRICED IT OUT WAY BELOW A DEALER COST OR MOST ANY PRIVATE OWNERS COST. I put pictures to show you some pricing of this camper from dealers and individuals to give you an idea of the typical price.

Kitchen in back of camper also which is better for weight distribution due to heavy refrigerator and dual axles are over slide out also to which is better for camper.

Great camper and best layout I believe there is for this size of camper. 

Couch lays out in two big bed and so does dining room table. Queen bed in the front of the camper.

These Skyline Laytons/Nomads are built like a Jayco so they built solid and this is why they weigh more than other campers.

Give me a call if you want this...the camper should sell fast due to the great layout and the cost which is much lower and affordable than a new one. You could use this camper for 2-3 years and not lose any money on this due to the year, price, layout and solid construction of it.
