Available 06/01/2020!!! 12 month lease. 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house with CH/CA.  Range & Refrigerator provided in the spacious kitchen.  Bedrooms are all nice size and the house has two large living areas upstairs plus a partially finished basement that includes a bedroom, laundry room with sink, an additional living area and the 2nd bathroom (The basement bedroom, bathroom & living area are less than a year old!)  This house gives you a lot of living space so it’s easy to have privacy when you want & there is lots of room to hang out together when you want to.   Sorry, no smoking on the premises.   Pets may be considered but would require an extra deposit & pet fee.  We have a couple of rent options:

1. $265 per person –($1060 total)   We pay internet & take care of the yard – tenants responsible for utilities

2.  $340 per person – You just move in and enjoy!  We provide the internet, yard work, and utilities along with a washer/dryer!
