The Housing Authority for the City of Russell is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Technician.

Duties include minor electrical and plumbing maintenance, light carpentry, painting, snow removal, lawn mowing, etc.

Applicants must be trust-worthy and reliable; work well with residents, staff, and public; have a valid-Kansas Driver's License.

Prefer minimum two years work experience in general repair and maintenance of commercial or residential property. Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry is a plus.

If interested, applications may be picked up at the Housing Office located in Lincoln Manor at 330 W 4th St, Russell.

Applications will be accepted through the end of day on March 29, 2019. EOE
