Are you tired of dealing with those renters that always have an excuse or conveniently aren't  home when rent is due????  Let me take away that head ache for a small fee and you can just sit back and collect a check.  I am just seeing if anyone would be interested.  I manage about 50 properties in hays and would be interested in possibly taking on a few more.  I also do a lot of maintenance work on properties.  I would charge 10% of the rent for the management.  I would do all the monthly stuff from collecting rent, Inspections if needed,  show property and even evictions if it got that out of hand.  If your interested in management/maintenance both I would do that for 20% and you supply the materials on all small normal maintenance issues.  I can do most everything as long as we dont need a licensed professional for repairs.  I have all the tools.  If interested you can reach me at 7854320776.
