1998 Barrett 3 horse trailer with LQ

Living Quarters: king size bed, sink, shower, boot box, Brand New 35 gallon water tank, Brand new hot water heater, Band new water pump, A/C (works great and blows very cold), TV with DVD player, Does NOT have a toilet plumbed into the trailer, but does come with a portable camping toilet that we have neve used.

Horse area: full mangers with 2 access doors, 3 saddle racks, lots of tack hooks, drop down windows with bars (bars drop down to feed or water from the outside of the trailer, sliding windows in back, inside lights and load/unload light in the back and on the side of the trailer. All lights work on this trailer.

Trailer has been stored inside, when not in use, since I have owned it. Clean title in hand.
