Trail riding buddy? Ranch Riding Horse?

This mare moves down the trail or the road and listens to you. 

2003 APHA Call Me A Doc (barn name Princess) is up for sale because sadly due to work I don't have the time to give her justice.

She had 90 days of professional training as a 4 year old. Has had been bred once and foaled with no issues and delivered a beautiful filly. She sat idle for a few years other than a few pasture and road rides.  Until this summer. She has spent 90 days with trainer Denise Thompson at Denise Thompson Quarter Horses in Beloit. She is tuned up and ready to go. She went to the KBHA show in Topeka, Kansas, in early July and handled the warm up pens and show atmosphere with no issues. So relaxed we went ahead and stuck her in the ranch riding class and she came in third. 

She is APHA registered Both her sire and dam were HYPP negative. She could be registered Palomino. Her sire was a Creamello and registered AQHA and Foundation Quarter Horse. Her dam was a flashy APHA paint. 

Talking to her trainer she would be a great ranch riding horse, versatility horse, trail or cowboy dressage mare. Also has plenty of brood mare years left in her. Sound and correct. Has not had a lame step in her life. She would be appropriate for an experienced youth or amateur owner to ride. Not for a brand new beginner. 

With my job and move, I don't have the time and space for her, so despite owning her since she was 2, I am motivated to find her a good home. No trades, please, as I wouldn't be selling her if I had time or space for another horse. 

She is currently located at Denise Thompson Quarter Horses in Beloit, Kansas.
