2000 New Horizon built in Junction City, KS. 32’ fifth wheel with 2 slides a living slide and bedroom slide. Camper has been updated with heavier torsion axles, new blue top optima battery, 3 roof top mounted solar panels, LED interior lighting, 50 amp service allowing for an additional 30 amp if you want to add another A/C, updated interior flooring and cabinet hardware. It has tons of storage and all interior cabinets are solid oak NO fermica or pressboard. Water heater is gas or electric. Refrigerator has been replaced with a standard 10 cu ft unit electric only. Range and oven of course are gas with overhead vent, light, and microwave. Dining table with 2 matching chairs are solid wood as well. All appliances work as should. Ducted furnace and rooftop A/C. Heat is hot and cold is cold. New 15000 btu a/c with control box installed so it will operate on a thermostat. Also in living is a 42” flat panel RoKu tv, sound bar, blue ray player, and Xbox 360. Camper also has interior radio and speakers. One speaker above kitchen counter and one above recliner. Will also come with winnguard satellite system. Couch is also a hide a bed. Bathroom is very spacious. Large shower tub combo, closet, vanity with overhead lighting and mirrored cabinet. Behind the stool is a laundry hamper. Master bedroom comes with queen size bed with memory foam topper both sides of bed are accessible. Large closet, makeup counter, and 19” flat panel. Also there are three inside vent fans that can be temperature controlled and they will exhaust or they can blow inward and all three have storm covers on the roof. Camper will come furnished with quite a few dishes, silverware, Tupperware, pots etc etc...really everything you would need. Windows have dual shade blinds some of them are better than others as strings have broke over the years also window have valances and decorative curtains. On the outside there is the large main awning as well as pull down awnings for every window except the bathroom window which is very small. Lots of underbelly storage. Camper has all electric jacks all work. Roof is solid piece and camper has absolutely no leaks or water damage. All windows are tinted. Water system also has a small pressure holding tank. All tanks and battery have monitors. Will also come with other odds and ends to make life better :) Problems I am aware of are the blinds as mentioned, a couple of the inside cabinet shocks are broke parts cheap just haven’t got to it.
