I have moved for work and am keeping my house in Hays fully furnished.  I am still there almost every weekend and often during the week.  I rent the basement as an AirBNB.  I had a couple managing the AirBNB for me, but they got too busy and have moved on to bigger and better things.

Primary duties would include cleaning, laundry, setting up for tenants, lawncare, and snow removal  Some communication with tenants before and after their stays might be required.  Keeping up on laundry is the hardest part about this job in my opinion.  I'm working on getting a 2nd washer and dryer, but until I do I would be fine with someone washing bedding at their home at their leisure. I have 2 sets of bedding for each bed. 

I am looking for someone that has flexible hours who can be be available when needed and would make my property a priority.   I would like someone who would run my AirBNB as if it were their own.  I can help get started, but eventually I'd like to be hands off.  

This could be a great job for a college student or a semi-retired person. It was actually very handy having a couple managing it where the husband did lawn care and maintenance and they both cleaned and made beds.
