This is a Rotating Carousel Ink Pad & Refill Holder Rack. ( now retired from SU)

It holds up to 48 ink pads and has a storage bin on top meant for re-inker/ refill bottles, or that bin could maybe be used to store some of your acrylic stamping blocks in there for convenience.
(Note*...the ink pad and  bottles shown in the pic , are not included in this sale . )

Measures approx -  9"x9" wide/deep and approx. 13" tall (plus add about 3 more inches for the silver handle on the top. )
