JOB SUMMARY: Full time salary position responsible for the management of daily operations of the pullet production for the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:  Management and scheduling of flock activities.  Responsible for all details involved with the growing of the pullets including but not limited to:

·         Facility and equipment operations

·         Bio-security management

·         Efficient utilization of all resources, including personnel, utilities and supplies.

·         Bird placement, beak trimming, vaccination and load out on schedule

·         Maintain thorough and accurate flock records

·         Monitor feed and water and water usage  and feed inventories

·         Routine weighing and serology work

·         Pest control

·         Daily housekeeping and routine maintenance

·         Cleaning and sanitation of buildings between flocks

·         Supervision and training of personnel and service crew

·         Weekly meeting with the President.

·         Weekly written report to the President.

·         Continuous competent alarm coverage.

·         Detail oriented
