I am  looking to obtain a commercial cleaning client  in the Hays area. I recently relocated back to Hays. I have experience in commercial cleaning as I worked for a company in Manhattan, Kansas. (Lacosta-Site Supervisor) I currently work for a company that contracts with local government agencies providing somewhat similar services. I am required to pass a background check and drug testing on an ongoing basis. I am willing to obtain and carry liability insurance and other policies that may be required. In addition I can bill on a monthly basis. (Net 15) The situation I am looking for is for the client to provide all materials and equipment. I simply will provide the labor. I am reliable and punctual.
