Full-Time Behavioral Health RN

This new position for our Behavioral Health program will be responsible for providing primary care to patients, including assessment, treatment, care planning, and medical care evaluation in the Behavioral Health setting. They will assist in care coordination for Behavioral Health patients through obtaining medical records from facilities and patients, providing return documentation to outside providers referring into Behavioral Health care for their patients and getting necessary releases in place for patients.  Being the point person for the care of patients working with any telehealth services in the department, setting up intake appointments with needed documentation in place, tracking appointments, medications, and documentation.  This person will also obtain the training and skill needed to provide EEG Biofeedback to patients within the clinic setting.  Applicants must possess a current State of Kansas Registered Nurse license in good standing.  Hoxie Medical Clinic and Sheridan County Health Complex offer a wonderful work environment, competitive wage scale and an excellent benefits package including:
