Reports to: Charge Nurse

Key Contacts: Residents, Physicians, Families and Other Hospital Staff

Education / Certification: Active CNA / CMA Certification within the State of Kansas. CPR Certification.

Job Summary: You will be involved in all areas of the residents' personal care and well-being as you assist them through your shift in meeting their individual needs. As a CNA/CMA, you have an opportunity to make a difference every day in creating an environment where residents feel loved and valued.
