Thanks for taking a look at this BMW X5 Diesel.  This is a great vehicle, in excellent condition and I am selling it with hesitation.  It is one of the best vehicles my wife and I have had.  We have owned it for four years and it is in excellent condition.  

We are the second owners of the BMW.  We bought it from a small dealer in Phoenix when it had 50,000 miles on it.  It currently has 99,400 miles which may well go up as we drive it regularly.  Even though it has a trailer hitch, we have only pulled a small trailer a couple of times with it for a short distance.  

I have changed oil as recommended and used only BMW synthetic or Castrol synthetic as recommended.  All other maintenance is up to date and there are no issues with it.  This 3.0 liter diesel is rated at 265 hp and 425 ft/lb of torque and gets 24 MPG.

The BMW has had a hand rubbed coat of wax with regular care during my ownership.  It has been garaged for the past four years and is clean inside and out.

The picture of the window sticker shows all of the options.  Our favorite may well be the soft close doors.
