Rooks County Holdings operates apartment buildings, a motel, & retail shops in Stocton & Hays.  We are looking to replace our maintenance person.  Duties to be as assigned for rehabbing units, repairs, general maintenance, etc.  Experience with plumbing is preferred.

Ideally, looking for part-time maintenance person & can work around other work schedule.  Or, can look at a full-time position with phone & apartment provided.
