28 ft Very nice and clean toy hauler. It has been used no more than 10 times. It has linoleum floors. They are in great shape. Has a generator that has a large fuel tank. Generator will start but needs a new carburetor which I have. Has a great sound system which needs a little work. Has bathoom with shower. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink. Good size refrigerator and freezer. TV, DVD. Lots of cabinet space. Has outdoor shower. Great a/c and heater.  Has load lights in the back and spot lights on the side. Electric awning. Sleeps 10. Always been winterized. Comes with hitch 

We just don't use it anymore and we need some thing a little bigger. Great for hunting purposes and going to the dunes
