Home Health Licensed Therapists  (PT, PTA, OT, & COTA's) needed for part-time flexible hours in Hill City and surrounding counties to include Sherman (Hoxie), Trego (WaKeeney) & Rooks (Stockton/Plainville). Minimum Requirements include:

• Must have graduated from an accredited school.
• Must have minimum 1 year of experience in their respective discipline
• Current state license as PT, PTA, OT, or COTA
• Current CPR certification.
• Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.
