80 30 Head Angus Bred Heifers
Heifers are to begin calving 2/10/20 and 2/20/20 for 50 days. All were AI sired to Hoover Dam by ABS rep. They were cleaned up for 50 days with Kaiser Angus bulls both with CED of 15 and with a Conneally Angus son of original Conneally Consensus with a CED of 14. I have all of the paperwork on the bulls and they are on site.
Heifers all originated out of Ten Sleep, Wyoming (high elevation) all from the Lyman Ranch.
All have recieved Bovi Shield Gold FP5, Ultrabac 7 with Somnus, Express 5HS Fusogard-2 rounds (foot rot vaccine), Occugard MB1 and Moraxella Bovoculli (both for pinkeye), Multimin 90, and have been on strong mineral program. They received a Scour Bos 9 and another round of pour-on on Dec 10.
Very gentle heifers. They are hot wire broke, cake broke, siren broke, and bunk broke.
All were P.I. tested negative, pelvic measured for size and tracts checked (passed) and OCV'd by vet. They were also ultrasound preg checked this fall. (Expected calving dates available)
I calved these heifers older sister from the same ranch out last year with the same breeding program and did not pull a calf. I have the older sisters and their calves on site to look at.
Gentle set of easy keeping, high elevation, well made heifers that will make great mothers that have been bred for calving ease. All of the work has been done.
Available as gate cut in groups of 5 or more. Discount if you are interested in all of them.
