Barton Community College is seeking applications for the position of Employee Recruitment Specialist. This replacement position is responsible for the coordination of the employee recruitment process; maintenance of student employee personnel files; student employee orientation, paperwork and termination; and supervision of the Human Resources student employee.
Qualifications: six months to two years of similar or related experience required. Ability to analyze and solve problems, effectively communicate (written and verbal), and have patience/empathy for others. Strong skills in interpersonal relationships, computers, records maintenance, organization, follow-up and detail orientation. Education: a two-year college degree or completion of a specialized course of study at a business or trade school; Human Resources related background preferred.
