New, never been used 17 inch transport chair, purchased recently.  I thought it would be wide enough but too small. Bought it as an open box from Amazon for $60.00. Fully functional, can’t find any huge cosmetic damages. Came in a somewhat damaged taped together box, would need to find a box to ship back so wanting to sell and buy bigger chair
