Looking to relocate to Ness County. Ideal property would be less than 15 minutes from Ness City.  It would also have at least 3 acres but preferably more, but no more than 160 acres. The homestead would either be updated or at least liveable with potential to renovate (maybe like what is in the picture?).

If you have been looking to relocate or maybe just move to town, I would love to hear about your home and land. If you have land but no home on it, I may also have some interest, but I am not interest in just crop land.

Also, if you are not ready to sell quite yet but would be willing to rent I would consider that as well.
