North Central Kansas Technical College, with campuses in Beloit and Hays, is seeking a VP of the Hays Campus to oversee all operations for the Hays campus.

The VP is the chief administrator for the Hays campus reporting to the President.  This position provides leadership, direction, and administrative support for all operations and instructional programs on the Hays campus.  The VP promotes effective teaching and learning practices and will foster a student-centered environment focused on excellence and success.

The College is searching for an ambitious, creative, team player with leadership skills for the operation of the campus and its programs, including faculty support and evaluation.  The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be a visionary, and demonstrate knowledge of technical programs.

The position requires a master's degree, a doctoral degree is preferred.  Proven experience in administration, preferably at a technical or community college, with the ability to provide leadership, direction, and planning at all levels.  Required skills include strong written, oral and digital communication skills.
