Cozy Direct-Vent Natural Gas Console Heater / Furnace

Selling a used Cozy brand direct-vent natural gas console heater. This was inspected in 2008 and gently used since then each winter to heat a small rental property. We are replacing with a mini-split unit and no longer need this. It's still in great condition as far as we know. Has already been converted from natural gas to L.P. fuel (propane). We have saved a copy of the product manual we can provide to seller. Also included in the photos is the spec sheet for this style of console heater. Currently renovating the home and need to find a new home for this so it will be out of our way. We can help disconnect and load it for you, but buyer needs to pick up and is responsible for installation in its new location.
