The Medical Receptionist is responsible for greeting patients and visitors in a courteous and friendly manner, answering phone calls, taking appropriate clearly defined messages, gathering and/or verifying patient demographic and insurance data on the phone or in person, and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed and accurate to facilitate professional, quality patient care. 

Excellent verbal/written communication is required.  Medical reception experience or background in general office work desired.
