I believe this has a 16.5" seat. It is completely synthetic and can be cleaned with water. It has the CAIR riding system; air cushioned chambers that make the saddle more comfortable for both horse and rider. It has the easy-change gullet system so that, with the changing of one piece, it can go from fitting a very narrow horse to fitting a very round one; and anything in between. It also has quick change knee rolls. Very versatile saddle that can be easily altered to suit your needs.
