Our house is for sale. The house sits on ~1 acre of ground with a 2-car garage and wooden shed west of the house. A portion of the property falls outside of city limits, so there are two property tax statements associated with the real estate. The house is also surrounded by a tree line that protects from almost any wind that Kansas is famously known for. 

I put in a chain-link dog pen in the NW corner of the property when I bought it. That pen runs into the N side of the shed, where your pets can go for shelter during inclement weather. 

The house has a wall furnace for heating and window A/C units for cooling. 

Since my wife and I have lived here we have totally remodeled the bathroom, put new laminate flooring in the kitchen (taking out a stove) and pulled orange carpet out of 1 of the bedrooms. 

Projects to finish before selling: finish roofing the house, install 3 bottom rows of siding on N side of the garage, and put in a new hot water heater.
