Norton County Hospital has an immediate full-time opening for a Patient Access Representative in our Physical Therapy department.  Duties include scheduling and registering patients, collecting accurate insurance information, collecting co-pays and other payments, maintaining patient charts and related paperwork, preparing exam rooms and patient areas, and direct customer service with patients and community.  This position is scheduled 40 hours a week Monday through Friday.  Must have excellent communication and computer skills, provide great customer service, strong critical thinking and time management skills, and maintain confidentiality.  Our benefit package includes paid time off (PTO); BCBS health insurance; and KPERS retirement, life insurance and disability.
