At $350/ month with all bills paid including internet.  This is a 5-bedroom located at 209 W 5th has a common kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms.  You would rent 1 bedroom per person with a lock for privacy while sharing the use of the common areas.  Each person would sign a separate lease and it would be for approximately 12 months with a May 24th end date.  Sorry, short term renters or pet owners need not apply.
