Our Company is looking for a professional and responsible individual to fill the role of Property Manager.

The Property Manager will have the full responsibility of managing daily operations at the Country Garden Apartments in Kinsley, KS. This is a part time position.

Responsibilities and duties

Market vacant apartments

Process applications and certifications in a timely manner

Collect rent and handle late payments

Maintain property and curb appeal

Coordinate maintenance

Contract landscaping and snow removal

Qualifications and Skills

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Detailed and customer service oriented

Ability to multi-task and prioritize based on the needs of the facility
