Nelson Irrigation continues to take its proprietary Rotator® Technology to new levels. 

No other End of Pivot Sprinkler works in the low pressure range of 15-60 PSI (1-4 bar) and provides up to 10 additional irrigated acres (on a 1/4 mile pivot). The new Nelson R55 VT uses a patented variable torque speed governing system that allows the plate to maintain a constant rotation speed across a broad range of nozzle sizes and pressures.  This new design also incorporates snap-fit nozzles, eliminating the need for a retaining pin. The inverted R55i VT, with a specifically engineered green plate, is easier to install and some say it’s effective in helping manage debris that collects at the end of the system.
